During the original release of the Air Jordan XV, a few special colorways were made exclusively for NBA players and college teams. After the basketball season ended, the overstock of these colorways were sent to Eastbay and made available to the public. Many of the Nike outlets received them as well. Since then, these "Team Bank" colorways have become quite difficult to find, and can fetch a pretty steep price these days.
