Remember the Nike Zoom
Flight '98? Designed for Gary Payton, the sneaker has also been
known as "The Glove". It's been a long time since we've
seen these, but according to GP during a signing session
with a fan, they are coming back out in October 2012. Gary Payton
is expected to get inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame, so it's no
surprise to see a re-release in the works. More to come. For now, check out
the video and pics of the originals. Click

Things were looking pretty
bleak for a while, but it looks like we'll get to watch the NBA on
Christmas after all. For LeBron fans, what better way to celebrate
than with a pair of "Christmas Day" Nike LeBron IXs?
Draped in enough red to make Santa jealous, this pair gets
additional color thanks to a white swoosh and a set of green and
white laces. Don't forget about the icy clear sole. There's no
official release date for these yet, but I expect to see them
release on either Christmas as an online exclusive or in stores on
Saturday, Dec. 26. Stay tuned for more. From Kickz-Lab.

Out of all of the recently
popular color schemes to hit multiple Nikes, (Wolf Grey, Volt,
etc.) Eggplant is definitely my favorite. I've always been a fan
of purple, so it suits me perfectly. The Nike Air Max JR is the
latest Nike to receive the eggplant treatment. This pair has been
wrapped in eggplant, with the exception of the black tongue and
black/3M mesh combo. you can cop these now at your local

Wow, anthracite sure has
been popular with Nikes lately. Just in the past few days, we've
seen it on the Nike P-Rod,
Blazer,
and Melo
M8. The dark grey color has now made its way to the Nike Dunk
High AC VT, Nike's latest version of the classic sneaker. This
pair has received anthracite on most of the upper and the entire
sole, with medium grey on the toe area. And orange swoosh and pull
tag add some extra personality to the otherwise neutral color
scheme. You can get these now at Titolo.

No, I'm not talking about
the Jumpman Pro Quick. The Jordan Pro Quick, one of Jordan Brand's
latest designs, is actually somewhat of a reincarnation of the
Jumpman Pro Quick made popular by Eddie Jones back in the day.
Some of the same design cues remain from the old sneaker, but most
notably, it has a significantly higher ankle cut. Also notice the
gradient pattern added on the midsole. This white/black-red design
will probably be one of first to release, but you can certainly
expect more colorways to appear. From Ultimate
Collection. Click

It seem like every time
Jordan Brand releases the Concords, they always have to tease us
with a few sample pairs with Jordan's #45. Apparently, the 2011
release is no exception. Here's a close-up look at a pair of
sample 2011 Concords with the #45. Other than the number, the
sneaker looks exactly like the production version. Would you have
preferred #45 or #23? From Air-Randy.

The Air Jordan III cleats
has always been a popular choice for NFL players. One of the first
to rock the IIIs on the field was Dre Bly. A Jordan Brand athlete,
Bly wore this pair during his time with the Detroit Lions. It has
the usual white upper, complemented with grey and white accents,
and elephant print. The outsole has been painted metallic silver.
If you'd like to get your hands on these player exclusives, they

Only a day after seeing a
preview pic of the upcoming Nike Zoom KD IV Weather- man, we
finally have some much more detailed images. Kevin Durant always
wanted to become a weatherman, so this sneaker has been designed
with a weather forecast in mind. Green takes up most of the
sneaker, while red, yellow, and orange cover the top of the tongue
and heel. A matching yellow swoosh has been placed on the strap.
Green laces and a black sole add the finishing touches. Love it or
hate it, this sneaker is definitely unique, and showcases KD IV
designer Leo Chang's creative talents. Click

Here's a fresh new picture
set of the White/Varsity Red-Black Air Jordan XIVs. Not seen since
2005, this pair is certain to move fast once it hits stores in

only a $10 bump up in price 13 years after these were first
produced. Click

Taking inspiration from
Kevin Durant's dreams of becoming a weatherman, designer Leo Chang
has created the most colorful KD IV colorway yet. A beautiful
green, yellow, orange and red gradient pattern represents what you
see on a typical weather radar. A black tongue and strap add the
finishing touches. No word on the official release date yet, but
keep checking back for more. From MN.

another awesome Dunk SB colorway planned for release next summer.
This time, this mid-cut model has been used, receiving a beautiful
dark blue and aqua green upper, complemented with a black
swoosh. As you may notice, the entire sneaker has been done in
suede. A white and grey sole adds the finishing touches. I'll post

Back in 2007, Jordan Brand
graced us with a number of beautiful Air Jordan III colorways,
including the Fire Reds and Flips. With so many releases in one
year, it should come as no surprise that a few ideas didn't make
the cut. One such example is this White/Orange Air Jordan III
colorway. It has a smooth white leather upper with white and
orange elephant print, and matching orange accents. It's a shame
that this pair never made it into production. What do you think? Click

Nike gives us yet another

Last year, Nike planned to
bring the "Pearl" Foamposite Pro back to stores, but
with a slight difference. The gorgeous pearl white Foamposite
upper and black eyelets remain the same, but the swoosh has been

Unfortunately, this sneaker never made it past the sample stage.
Hopefully one day the folks at Nike will finally decide to put
this pair into production. Click

Here's an early look a the

The "Blackout"
theme has been popular on Jordans,
Kobes,
and LeBrons
for quite a while, but now it has finally been applied to the KD

entire upper and sole have been done in black, with the exception
of dark grey graphics. They are definitely the stealthiest KD
release we've seen yet. Stay tuned for info on a U.S. release.

Let's take another look at
the "Bordeaux" Jordan Spizikes. Nicknamed after the
popular Air
Jordan VII colorway, this sneaker actually looks nothing like
them. While the Bordeaux VIIs have a very dark color
palette, this pair has a much more vibrant layout, with a large
portion of the upper covered in white leather and decorated with
bright blue, red, and yellow accents. Dark grey makes up only a
portion of the sneaker's overall color scheme. Also, as you may
notice, the actual listed color scheme on the box has been
changed, and no longer even contains "Bordeaux". Most of
us will probably keep calling these the Bordeaux Spizikes, but
this change should help to avoid misleading those who haven't seen
these yet. Click

If you're a fan of both the
Air Jordan VIII and Nike Zoom Kobe VI, you're going to love these.
Created by EmmanueLabor,
this pair of Kobe VIs gives us the best of both worlds, having
received a complete "Aqua" VIII makeover. It started out
as a pair of black NikeID Kobe VIs, and the Aqua color scheme was applied
to the heel and swoosh areas. Also, "AQUA" has been
stitched on the inner side of the tongue. These are truly a piece
of art. Click

Combining the classic
styling of the AC Dunk with the with it's modern day Vac Tech,
Nike has created the Nike Dunk High AC VT. With the exception of
the lace strap and black tongue, the entire upper has been
vacuum-formed in Max Orange. As you can see, the old school gum
sole remains, also orange in color. A set of black laces finishes
the design. You can get these now at Asphaltgold.

The Air Jordan XI is easily
the most popular Air Jordan model ever. When they were first
"retroed" in 2000, Jordan Brand made the sneaker even
more popular by creating a number of special colorways for NBA
players to wear during games. This particular pair has been done
in a Houston Rockets color scheme, with red patent leather and
yellow accents over a white base. The traditional icy clear sole
adds the finishing touches. I have no idea how many pairs of these

nubuck suede, along with matching white laces. To keep the sneaker
from being completely grayscale, the sock liner has been done in
light blue, and icy blue outsole has been used as well. They
aren't expected to hit stores until summer 2012, so you've got
plenty of time to build up those cash reserves to cop these as

Freehand Profit has taken
the Air Jordan IV Laser to a whole new level with its latest mask
design. A pair of AJF4 Laser Premiers were completely taken apart

some odd piece of art, however- Freehand created these as part of
a "Branding Wars" series. This particular piece
represents the relationship between consumerism and war, and shows
that it is possible to acknowledge our desire for material things

masterpiece. I planned to post a link for those interested in

Ahh, Nerf guns. Those
brightly colored guns which finally made it safe for kids to shoot
each other, and without the worry of having explain to the parents
why they were drenched in water. I was more of a Super Soaker guy,
so I never had one, but you gotta appreciate the design.
Apparently Nike is quite fond of them, having created this special
Nerf-inspired Zoom KD IV colorway. Using a mainly blue and grey
upper, this sneaker has received a little excitement that's to
bright red and neon accents, as well as a black splatter pattern
running across the strap and midsole. There's no way you can walk
by someone without getting a glance. Just recently Kevin Durant
was seen wearing these, but it appears that these will also

Today we get a first look
at the Nike Air Huarache Free Basketball 2012 QS. By taking all of
the best elements from the Huarache lineup and combining them into
one sneaker, Nike has created one of the best basketball sneakers
that we've seen yet. Lightweight materials have been used to add
agility, an inner booty provides comfort and support, and a
Phylite enhanced Free sole unit will provide grip and cushioning.
Also, as you can see, the usual exoskeleton structure of the
sneaker remains. As you can see, this sneaker is all about
function. The Nike Air Free Basketball 2012 is expected to hit
stores later this month. From Kenlu.

by MJ during the 1993 NBA Finals. There's no telling how many
pairs of these exist for sure, but if you're interested, this pair
