Nike has made it a
bit of a tradition to release a "Hornets" version of
each Kobe model, which is basically a reminder of what could have
been had the Charlotte Hornets decided not to trade Kobe Bryant to
the Los Angeles Lakers. For this year's edition, the Nike Kobe 8
has received a bright blue upper, wrapped with a camo print. White
has been used on the swoosh and outsole while aqua accents help to
complete the theme. An official release date has not been
announced for this pair yet, but if you'd like to get them early,
they are available now at Marqueesole.
