Here's a sneaker we haven't seen
in a while. Back in the day ('99, to be exact), Nike created a
bigger, higher profile version of the Foamposite sneaker for big
men to wear. The Zoom Air unit was replaced with a Max Air unit,
which provided more cushioning for heavier bodies. Nike's
main rep for this sneaker? A young up-and-coming player by the
name of Tim Duncan. The rest, as they say, is history. Nike's
giving us another chance to own this beauty in its OG Metallic
Silver/Black color scheme. They are planned to release on
September 30, 2011, and will retail for $225. Don't sleep!
