practically untouched- all of the same fabrics were used, and no

For those of you waiting for the
Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Retro", the time has finally
arrived. They are officially scheduled to release on Friday, June
1. If you'd like to save yourself a trip to the store, they will
be released online on Footaction at 12 AM EST. While I haven't
confirmed it, I'd expect to see these on Nike.com
around the same time. Now, for those of you are super anxious to
get these and don't mind shelling out a few extra bucks to secure
a pair, there's quite a few on eBay

A couple of months ago, we got
an up-close look at the Oregon Ducks Air Jordan IX player
exclusives, a beautiful all-black model done completely in nubuck
suede. Here is yet another pair of the Oregon PEs, this time in

As we get closer to the return

Ok, by now most of you are well
aware that the Air Jordan VIIs are referred to as the
"Hares", but did you that back in the day, Nike actually
produced a Hare Jordan designed for Bugs himself? Taking the
Bordeaux VIIs, they fully extended and widened the sneaker to fit
his caricaturized rabbit foot. Also, notice the that the Jumpman
has been replaced with a silhouette of Bugs. Back in '98, these
could be found on display at Niketown Chicago, but now they are
located at Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, OR, inside the Michael

to hit skateshops next month, July 23 to be exact. SBs are

Just a couple of days ago, we
got a look at the upcoming Light
Graphite/Midnight Navy Air Jordan XIVs, which marked the
return of MJ's last sneaker worn as a Chicago Bull. Well, where
there's one, there's another. It seems that Jordan Brand also
plans to release the "Last Shot" XIVs as well, once
again during the holidays. While a holiday release is ideal for
these, it's a bit early in my opinion. With the Concord XIs also
planned to release during the holidays, it could be overkill.

The nicest thing about about
being a Jordan Brand athlete, is that you can have any Air Jordan
model you want, whenever you want it. Yankees MLB player C.C.
Sabathia has taken full advantage of this perk, having Jordan
Brand create a custom turf version of the Concord XIs. The only
main difference is the spiked sole, and red Jumpman on the tongue.
On the back, you've find that the 23 has been replaced with
Sabathia's number "52". Surprisingly, it appears to have
been painted on, unlike MJs number, which was stitched. Sorry

of the QS pack posted a week ago. Unique to other Blazers, they
have a nubuck suede, swooshless upper, completed with a zipper on

has brought the 3 Percents back in Alpha form, but this time
they've been reincarnated as a basketball sneaker. While the same
upper remains, the sole has been replaced with a Max Air unit,

After a six-year hiatus (except
for the Collezione Pack), the Air Jordan XIV is finally set to
return! Check out this new Light Graphite Midnight/Navy-Black
colorway. The upper has been done in graphite nubuck suede, with
dark stitches, which does a great job of accentuating the ribs.
They are scheduled to release in October at a retail price of
$160, a $10 increase over the past releases. After six years,

Most of you are familiar with

package, released back in 2008, which included the
White/Red-Grey Air Jordan VIIs, aka the 'Hares'. You may be
unaware though, that the Hares almost didn't make it into the
pack. Thanks to Phase2,
here's a look at another color scheme that Jordan Brand
considered. This pair has a mostly white upper, followed by black,
red, and grey accents, and matching red laces. They are nice, but

This year, vintage is in, and
Nike is leading the pack. Here are three more vintage-inspired
Nike Blazer colorways, this time without that
silly zipper. Using the traditional nubuck suede on the upper,
the pack comes in three different color schemes: Medium Grey/Sail,
Gorge Green/Sail, and Dark Copper/Sail. You can cop these now at Premier.

I haven't posted in Nike
Conventions since last year, but after seeing these two colorful
models, I just had to share. The first colorway has a grey upper,
with a volt yellow swoosh and outsole, completed with purple
accents. For the bold ones, the second colorway has a honeycomb
upper, with magenta and blue accents. Both colorways feature a

another revamp, this time in favor of a more vintage look. Here's
a look at the Nike Blazer Mid AB Vintage, which features a zipper
on the side, and a rubber toe. The entire upper, has been done in

Nubuck Black/Cement Air Jordan
IIIs? Yep, its not a typo. Jordan Brand has taken the
forever-classic Air Jordan III Retro, and replaced the entire
black upper with black nubuck suede. Now, before anyone gets their
panties up in a bunch, these are only samples, and Jordan Brand
plans to release the actual model in its traditional leather form.

So far, the we've seen
Doernbecher editions of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 2, Air Jordan
3, and Air Jordan 6, but not the 4s. Until now. It has just been
confirmed that Jordan Brand plans to release a Doernbecher version
of the Air Jordan IV, designed of course, by a child from
Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Still no word on how the shoes
will look, but one thing's for sure, they will be very limited,

By now, you're probably used to
seeing the Nike Blazer High in its usual leather or suede fabric,
but how about nylon? Yep, no joke. With Nike Blazer Ripstop, the
almost the entire upper has been covered with nylon, with the
exception of a few leather panels. This colorway has a dark grey
upper, completed with a black outsole. So far, you can only get
these in Japan, but hopefully they'll make it to the U.S. If you

time, the they've dressed the 90s up with a black and grey upper,
followed with yellow accents, and a white and yellow sole. They

Jordan Brand has added yet a new
sneaker to its lineup with the Jordan C-Series. A very simple
design, the entire upper has been done in leather, with
perforations along the sides and on the toe box, which should add
some breatheability (is that a word?). Also, you've probably
already noticed that these share the same outsole (and at least
part of the tongue) as the Air Jordan III, which seems to be a
nice match. Overall, looking at the profile of the sneaker, the
IIIs seem to be a big inspiration for the design, despite having a
completely different upper. Expect to see more colorways of these

Nike gives us yet another
beautiful new Nike Air Foamposite One colorway, this time in
green. Very similar to the Obsidian/Pine Green Nike Blazer High
released back in '09, this pair has a dark pine green upper,
complemented with the usual black tongue and icy clear sole.
There's no official release date for these yet, but you can cop
them now on Marqueesole.

Even with the Kobe VII in the
works, Nike is still churning out hot, creative colorways of the
Nike Zoom Kobe VI. This time, they've created the "Grey
Marble", which resembles just that. The entire upper has been
done in a light gray, contrasted with a white swoosh and a
matching white midsole. Seems pretty simple, huh? There's more.
Take a closer look at the "snake skin" pebbles, and
you'll see that they've been covered with a marble-like texture.
Kinda creates the appearance of a "stone" black mamba,
IMO. It's the creativity and little details like this that make
the Kobe VI a definite classic. Oh, and it's super light and

Jordan XI Low IE, and the introduction of a few new colorways. One
of the first one to release is this white/black pair shown below.
Featuring a White and black leather upper and the traditional

been incredibly successful, incorporating the styling of popular
Air Jordans from the past into a running sneaker. Here's a look at
the latest colorway of the CMFT Viz Air 13, created for the girls.
This pair has a very clean white and grey leather upper, but the
real attention maker comes from the lemon frost-colored midsole.

Here's a very unlikely (and odd)
hybrid. Jordan Brand has taken the classic Air Jordan 1, and fused
it to the sole of the it's first team shoe, the Jumpman Pro. While
it's definitely not the most natural flow, it's a significant
improvement on the comfort of the original Air Jordan sole. This
sample was created in 2010, so I wouldn't expect to see these go
into production at this point. Nice to dream, though. Click

If you've been n the sneaker
game for a while now, you probably remember the Nike
Dunk High Wu-Tangs, obviously inspired by the popular group.
In 2010, Nike released a Dunk SB Mid colorway that, while not related
related to the Wu Tang Clan at all, received the same nickname.
Believe it or not, another version of the sneaker was created,
which never went into production. As you can see, the red lining
further separates them from the nickname. This pair was listed on
eBay, but it's still unknown as to how many samples were actually

It's just a couple more days

that they are finally hitting stores. Just to prove that you're

At the end of April, Jordan
Brand gave us an official look at the upcoming Jordan Phase 23. Of
course, you can't have a Jordan model without the classic black
and red color scheme. Jordan Brand keeps the tradition going with
this black/varsity red-stealth colorway. The upper has been done
primarily in black, with red accents, and an icy clear sole. They

What's the easiest way to
improve on a classic sneaker? Make it lighter. The designers at
Nike did just that by incorporating its Hyperfuse technology into
the old school Nike Air Force 1. Several panels on the upper have
been replaced with the Hyperfuse material, significantly reducing
overall weight. This pair has been completely blacked out. You can
cop them not at Atmos.

Now that the Air
Jordan Fly Wade has been released, I'm sure a few of you are
wondering, what happened to the Air Jordan Fly 23? Looking at its
similarities to the Fly Wade, one would assume that they were
scrapped, but apparently, they are still on the schedule. It
almost seems pointless to release these now, but I guess the folks
at Jordan Brand feel otherwise. There's still no official release
date for these, but stay tuned for more info as it becomes

Back in April, we got a first
look at the Nike LeBron 8 V/2 "Triple Black", also known
as the "Blackouts". Just like the name, the Blackouts
are an all-business, completely blacked out version of the V/2s.
Here's a few more pics, courtesy of Air
Randy. They were created for LeBron to wear in the finals, but
so far, we haven't seen them yet. LeBron shared these with fans
via Facebook prior to Game 1, so chances are they will debut in

Heat fans. Using a completely leather upper, this pair has has
been done in black and at the rear half, and red in the toe area.
